Why does my candle have a rough top?

Natural soy wax sometimes have a rough appearance after the melt pool has cooled down. All candles are made 100% out of soy wax.

Does seven scents do refunds/exchanges?-

We carefully inspect all candles prior to them being shipped to ensure great quality candles so Seven Scents doesn’t do refunds. However if damaged during  shipping we will replace/refund damaged items. Send all pictures to a.jackson@mysevenscents.com along with your order number.

Items ship out within 1-3 business days. Be mindful all items are handmade and poured. Once shipped priority mail ships 3-5 days.

All candles are made with 100% natural soy wax and essential oils.

Accepted Answer

The soap and scrubs are made with 100% organic oils/soap and sugar. All products are made once orders are placed. They are to be used externally only. If pregnant consult with your doctor.
